  • GZCLP

    How to train on Kaio-sama's planet: linear progression under constant pressure. 4-day rotation with T1, T2, and T3 exercises. Fail a lift and you switch stages and keep fighting. Inspired by Cody LeFever's GZCL method.

  • StrongLifts 5x5

    A classic beginner strength program. Two alternating workouts (A/B), 3 days per week. Squat every session, linear progression of +2.5 kg per workout (+5 kg on deadlift). Three consecutive failures trigger a 10% deload.

    Six days of Kaioken: push your body to the limit with strength and volume. Push/Pull/Legs combining 5/3/1 on the main compounds with double progression on accessories. Inspired by HeXaN's methodology.

    Master Roshi's secret to strength: boring reps, huge results. 4-week cycles (5s, 3s, 5/3/1, deload) with 5×10 supplemental volume. 4 days per week. Inspired by Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 BBB.

    Strength and size like Vegeta in his gravity chamber: two days of pure power (heavy compounds, 3–5 reps) and two of hypertrophy (8–12 reps). 4 days per week. Inspired by Brandon Campbell's PHUL.

  • Level 7

    A 12-week strength program with reverse periodization. You set your target record (week 6) and weights are calculated backwards. Block 1 (5×5) with a deload in week 3, Block 2 (3×3) peaking at the record. Cycle 2 repeats the wave with +2.5 kg. Accessories use double progression 3×8–12. 4 days/week: shoulders/triceps, back/calves, chest/biceps, legs.
